BELLARICO’S TUSCAN STYLE SUBS
Bellarico’s Tuscan Style Subs are Handmade – Artisan Subs that are pre-assembled using the finest meats and cheeses on our “signature” fully baked European Baguette. These rolls are the same crusty rolls that are used at our Sub Express Oven Baked Originals and Bellarico’s Toasted Sub Shops. The bun is now fully baked. It can be used in the cold grab n go with just the meat and cheese and will hold 7-10 days. If baking simply bake at 1 1/2 -2 minutes at 485 degrees or until golden brown on top of the roll. The “NEXT GENERATION QSR” difference is that we have pre-assembled them in our kitchen prior to shipping them to yours. We’ve done much of the labor and inventory ahead of time. Bellarico’s Tuscan Style Subs ship frozen and have a 10-day shelf life in refrigeration (refrigerate from frozen before baking). Tuscan Subs need to be thawed under refrigeration 48 hours prior to baking. If a retailer puts condiments on the sub in the cold grab n go case then it would reduce the shelf life to 48 hours. The minimal preparation required to bake and display these subs in a hot or cold “grab n go” merchandiser is very similar to the system used for Bellarico’s NY Style Pre-assembled Pizza. We recommend that none of the subs be dressed whether they are in the cold grab n go or the hot grab go for maximum shelf life. If you want to display the subs hot; (1). Simply bake the pre-assembled refrigerated sub in the oven 485° 1.5/2 min or until toasted golden brown. (2). Top with veggies. (3). Cut the 12” sub in half. (4). Place the 6” sub in our “specially designed windowed sub package (included in every case). (5). Check the sub type and best buy time on the package and display them up to 2-3 hours in the heated grab n go merchandiser or simply bake them to order.If the sub in the cold case is reaching its end of shelf life the retailer can simply take it out of there and bake it in the oven as a hot grab n go instead of throwing it out. Saves on waste.
